They’re Back!

For a little over 2 weeks, I have been blaring one album over and over again in my ears, whether it’s my iPod on the way to work or my ghetto blaster when I’m in the car.
Death Magnetic by Metallica
In my opinion, this album is the return of the “old” Metallica. Now personally I’ve never had a problem with some of the other stuff they’ve done. Hell I’m one of the few who actually like St. Anger. DM, however just has that “I’m gonna kick your ass” feel to it.
Some of the songs definitely have a older song vibe to them. The Day That Never Comes is very much in the mold of One. My Apocalypse has a Damage Inc. vibe.
Over all I’ve REALLY been enjoying this album. it will probably be the only thing I listen to for the next 2 weeks.
